Norman S. Broudy, MD, received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He completed his general psychiatry residency at the University of Chicago, followed by a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania's Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic and Hahnemann Medical Center in Philadelphia.
Dr. Broudy founded the Rosenblum Child & Adolescent Center in 1985 and served as its medical director until 2015.
Dr. Broudy is a member of the American Academy of Psychiatry and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Lara Jaradat, MD, received her medical degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Dr. Jaradat completed her adult psychiatry residency as well as a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the Mayo College of Medicine and Science in Rochester, Minnesota.
Dr. Jaradat is board-certified in adult as well as child and adolescent psychiatry. She has experience working with adults and children.
Prior to joining Broudy & Associates in 2014, Dr. Jaradat worked at Quinco Behavioral Health and Columbus Hospital in Columbus, Indiana, as well as DuPont Children’s Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware.
Dr. Jaradat is currently the president of the Delaware Council of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Nadeem Afzal, MD, received his medical degree from Rawalpindi Medical College in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. He moved to the United States and worked in different clinical settings before beginning his psychiatry residency training. He worked as a research and postdoctoral fellow at the Yale Trauma Research Program and at the Emory Clinical Neurosciences Research Unit. He finished his residency training at Delaware Psychiatric Center, where he served as a chief resident during his fourth year.
Dr. Afzal also works with adult and geriatric populations at Rockford Center as a staff psychiatrist. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association.
Zarrah Keshwani, MD, MPH earned her undergraduate degree at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. She then moved back home to Texas where she completed her medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine. Prior to starting her psychiatry residency, Dr. Keshwani earned her Masters in Public Health at the University of Miami, where she worked closely with the Miami Dade County Drug Court establishing protocols for the use of Medication Assisted Treatment for opiate addiction.
Dr. Keshwani is currently a resident psychiatrist at the Delaware Psychiatric Center and serves as the Deputy Chief Resident for Outpatient Psychiatry.
