Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatry – Board Certified in Psychiatry
Norman S. Broudy, MD, received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He completed his general psychiatry residency at the University of Chicago, followed by a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania's Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic and Hahnemann Medical Center in Philadelphia.
Dr. Broudy founded the Rosenblum Child & Adolescent Center in 1985 and served as its medical director until 2015.
Dr. Broudy is a member of the American Academy of Psychiatry and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Board Certified in Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatry
Lara Jaradat, MD, received her medical degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Dr. Jaradat completed her adult psychiatry residency as well as a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the Mayo College of Medicine and Science in Rochester, Minnesota.
Dr. Jaradat is board-certified in adult as well as child and adolescent psychiatry. She has experience working with adults and children.
Prior to joining Broudy & Associates in 2014, Dr. Jaradat worked at Quinco Behavioral Health and Columbus Hospital in Columbus, Indiana, as well as DuPont Children’s Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware.
Dr. Jaradat is currently the president of the Delaware Council of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Adult Psychiatrists
MBA- Resident Psychiatrist
Dr. Boka earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Bridgeport in CT and his medical degree at the American University of Antigua, training in NYC hospitals. He holds an MBA from Plymouth State University, focusing on healthcare administration. Prior to his residency at Delaware Psychiatry Center, he conducted clinical research at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, focusing on psychosis. Dr. Boka is especially interested in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, adult ADHD, and psychosis, providing compassionate care in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Actively involved in professional development, he stays updated with the latest advancements in psychiatry through research and learning, as a member of the American Psychiatry Association and the Neuroscience Education Institute.
Outside or work, Dr. Boka cherishes his role as a father to two small children, values time with family and friends, and stays active. . With dedication and fresh perspective, Dr. Boka looks forward to aiding your journey towards improved mental health.
Dr. Zarrah Keshwani is an adult psychiatrist who has been practicing at Broudy & Associates since 2020. She earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine and holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Miami, where she collaborated with the Miami-Dade Drug Court on creating their Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) initiatives.
She completed her psychiatry residency at the Delaware Psychiatric Center, where she served as both Chief Resident and Chief of Forensic Psychiatry. Dr. Keshwani is especially committed to treating dual diagnosis patients, working to ensure individuals with current or past substance use disorders receive compassionate, evidence-based mental health care.
Dr. Keshwani also specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, drawing on years of training and mentorship under Dr. Broudy. She stays current with the latest psychopharmacology options and prioritizes finding the right fit for each patient—even those who have experienced medication challenges in the past. She also has expertise in addressing refractory mood issues such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
Outside of work, Dr Keshwani enjoys attending stand-up comedy shows, creating art, playing instruments with friends, and spending time with her adorable Yorkie, Jude.
